A Hot Springs native and graduate of Lakeside High School, Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Arkansas in 1999 and law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2002. He has been a Faulkner County resident since 2002. Daniel was a state attorney 20 years for the Arkansas Department of Labor, Arkansas Attorney
General’s Office, and Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism. He also served as a member of the Attorney General’s State Task Force for the Prevention of Human Trafficking.
